I have taken this supplement for at least 12+ years. I am in my 70's and my bone density tests showed decline several years ago. But today I have very little issues if not any. Also several years ago my dentist wanted to graph skin to my lower bottom front teeth which is missing gum. When I went to have it done, the specialist said I must have very strong bones because my bottom teeth were not loose. I have so grateful for this supplement.
