After reading and researching, I purchased Ultimate Bone Support. I starting using it in conjunction with adding extra ingredients listed on the bottle of Ultimate Bone Support. I added extra Vitamin K3, Lysine, Magnesium and whatever else is on Ultimate Bone Support in higher doses plus vitamin D and it all worked together. I highly recommend this vitamin and higher doses of what is on the bottle. Wonderful!!!

Every two years when I've gone in for my Dexascan my numbers have improved. I also do some weight-bearing exercises and eat a balanced diet. My husband just had spine surgery and he takes Ultimate Bone Support to rebuild his bones after this major surgery.

I had to have my ovaries removed at the age of 37, with the lack of hormones it made my bones brittle and I'd crack ribs bending over to tie my shoes or if I leaned over something. I used to do this several times a year. (for over 30 years I had that problem. Once I started taking the Bone support my bones got stronger ; and as long as I take the product my bones are fine. Thank you for this product, it makes my life much better without the pain !

think it is very hard to give an opinion on a vitamin, I mean how does one know if they are really helping them? I do feel that when I order from a reputable supply co that the quality has to be better therefore the result must be better. A person also pays more for that quality rather than pouring it down the drain. I probably am not the person to write about this.
