As far as I am concerned, any increase after going through menopause is a bonus, because the bone loss was halted and there was improvement. I had hoped for more, but it still helps.

I started taking Ultimate Bone Support as a more natural approach to help build bone. At my last bone density test, things were stable - meaning I had NOT lost any more bone. Since that last test, I take this supplement more consistently. I always take it once a day and I try to get the second pill in whenever I can think of it. Hopefully, my next test will show an improvement.
