2 weeks after starting taking this I have developed cramps in both legs when I wake in the morning. Do you have any suggestions as I have stopped taking them and the cramping has ceased Not recommending at this stage as hoping for a remedy for these side effects

I can't tell if this product has benefited me. While I've taken it for over a couple years my bone density has declined.

I decided to take 1/2 a tablet to start with and did so for 4 days but that gave me headaches. So glad I didn't take the whole tablet because I have been sick and unable to do anything for the 4 days. Very disappointing.
