I have only been using the product for 1 month to try to improve my joint function. I have bone on bone cartilage issues that I am trying to clear up also. So far, I have not noticed any noticeable improvement. I will continue to use product and see how effective it is.

After completing one bag of Collagen plus, I have not noticed any difference to my health. Just began 2nd bag yesterday, and await results. It has an odd, beefy-ish taste to it, and makes consumption a bit unpleasant, but hoping for the best...
