Over the last 15 years I have lost 13 lbs of lean mass. After 3 months I have regained ~4l s. Prior to that no matter what protein supplement I tried, none seemed to make a difference. My exercise routine has been unchanged as has my waste size. Upper arms have added about 3/4”. I didn’t do a baseline measurement of my thighs but it seems to be where I got the lost return of mass subjectively. I don’t know that I’ll be able to add more, but for the time being this 68 year old guy is not losing muscle mass anymore .

I am trying to lose fat while keeping or possibly gaining muscle. It seems like it is helping to maintain my strength, but I am not gaining muscle.
