According to my Fitbit which tracks the quality of my sleep, it has improved from the 60's to the 70's & 80's. I don't wake as much at night, either. I do recommend because there is no hangover either.

I have had insomnia for most of my adult life. I am 72. I have tried just about every product out there with no luck. I have been on Pure Sleep for over a month and find that I mostly have good nights sleep anymore. One every two or three weeks I have a night where I cannot sleep but that is the exception, not the rule anymore. I will continue to use this wonderful product.

IÆve tried countless sleep aids and either they did not work at all OR they worked so well I felt tired/sleepy the next day. IÆve found that Pure Sleep is just right. The combination of ingredients really work for me, especially given its lower dose of melatonin. Other products with higher doses of melatonin can either have the opposite effect (hyper) or leave me feeling groggy.

I have suffered poor sleep for more than 20 years. I tried Pure Sleep as part of my sleep cocktail and the effects have certainly been positive. Its only early days but Ive reordered the Pure Sleep product so its doing good for me. I unfortunately have no magic cure but Pure Sleep is definitely helping me.
