Over the years, I have tried various products to help me sleep through the night. Nothing has worked. Some of them gave me a dull and hangover feeling the next day. Pure Sleep doesn't do that. When I wake up during the night to use the bathroom, I immediately fall back asleep. I recommend this product to everyone I know. It is a blessing to me.
