Pure Sleep did not help my sleeping...but it did cause me to have side effects systemically during the day. Unfortunately....I believe from my discussion of product with my doctor and feeling the side effects it is a good possibility melatonin is causing the issue. I have your Blood Pressure Formula and your Liver Formula and with those i am having improvements.
