I have tried so many sleep aids and this is the first one that actually works without side effects. I still need to quiet myself in preparation for going to bed and some days it works better than others but my usual experience is a restful sleep without a hangover in the morning.

Before Pure Sleep I averaged about 6 hours of sleep each night. I tossed an turned all night and never woke up feeling refreshed. Now that I have been taking Pure Sleep every night for the last 4 months I rarely sleep less than 7 hours and mostly I sleep over 8 hours. And it is deep refreshing sleep too! This product not only increased the hours I slept but the quality of my sleep as well. I have recommended it to all my friends.
