I used to get cramping in my legs almost every night. I hadn't really paid attention to it. I recently ran out of my Advanced Hydration Formula. I'm having the cramps again every night and morning. I told my husband I thought I had it on auto refill. I didn't so I said I have to order more. He gave me a few of his. He doesn't take it every day. We will see tonight what happens

I have now finished one bag of Hydration Formula. When I got this, I was skeptical, I have always had hydration issues and wasn’t really on board with this. I trust these people so tried to believe! What an amazing thing! In the first few days I was feeling better, was still drinking my water, but didn’t need to guzzle every minute. It tastes great, and goes down easily, and I am feeling more active every day! Also no more waking up to visit the bathroom in the dead of night! That alone is worth gold in my life! Not only am I recommending it, I’m nagging several people every day!

Due to my active lifestyle I have added the Advanced Hydration Formula to my daily regime. Not only does the product taste great in cold water, it does what it claims to do; provides ample hydration prior to and through out my morning gym routines. I actually feel better hydrated long into the day. I also appreciate the perforated tip leaving a tunnel for the powder to easily pour out. I highly recommend this product for your hydration needs.

I do not intend to neglect drinking water but once my day starts after coffee in the morning, I usually could go for hours without drinking fluids. However, age and headaches are now a reminder that water is crucial. Trying this product and adding it to water has relieved need to drink a lot of water but to also to be aware of the importance of hydration. It also helps without numerous trips to the bathroom during the night.

Unequivocally this is the best hydration formula I have ever run across. I’ve used many in the past during the summer months when you get dehydrated, but this activation formula is almost instantaneous. I personally like the strawberry watermelon very delicious and whenever I feel hydrated or dehydrated, rather I drink a 12 to 16 ounce of the advanced hydration formula and within five minutes I’m good to go again feel good again. I don’t feel dizzy. I don’t feel dehydrated feel fully hydrated again. I wanna say it’s the best I have ever purchased. I give it a five star.
