I have been taking the advanced hydration formula for one month and it helps me stay hydrated without constantly drink water. It works for me.

I'm 75 years old and retired. My whole adult life I've been active always emphasizing exercise and proper eating. That hasn't changed in my retirement. I go to the gym four times a week. I walk every day at least 12,000 steps and have a small Chardonnay injured that I farm. So hydration is always been a priority of mine, and I'm really glad I came upon advanced hydration formula. It normalizes everything so well, particularly as I have aged. As you guys know, our plumbing system doesn't quite work like it used to, but this product has really helped in that department as well, particularly with less trips to the bathroom at night. I love it, highly recommend it, and I will continue to use it.

These Hydration sticks have worked for me, but I use them a little differently than suggested. I'm late 70s' male. I have a daily hydration routine of 60-70oz. so I use 1/2 the packet with each (2) 30oz bottle I mix with purified water 28oz and 2oz of cranberry juice that I sip throughout the day and with meals. I find it has enhanced my energy and helped with my digestion and metabolism. Doing it all as suggested was just too much to handle for me, a late 70yo. it has done everything it says it is going to do. I am a very good water drinker, I drink four 16 oz. glasses a day. I am just over sixty and when I read that when you get in your sixties the water is going to your bladder and kidneys and your body and organs aren't getting the water. I light bulb went off and I decided to try it and I can feel and see the difference it has made in my daily life.

This hydration formula surpasses the five I've used in the past. The best thing is that it gives me better hydration while drinking about half as much as I did with the others. I like this product so much I'm going to stick with it from now on. I doubt there's a better hydration formula than this anywhere on Earth. I'm so glad I found this, couldn't be more happy.

My skin was getting so dry that it was peeling, I started drinking a bottle a day starting with a couple sips before bedtime and finishing in the morning. I don’t get up in the middle of the night anymore and i am well hydrated and my skin is back to normal. Of course you need to drink water during the day this is an amazing product. Hello - I have struggled as I have aged to stay hydrated. I am a racquetball player who loves to connect with my friends and play several times a week.
