I took your Advanced Hydration formula and my skin felt softer on my arms and face. I also had less trips to the bathroom at night. It is a little sweet for me so I divided the pack into 2 drinks and was better. I also wasn't sure of the flavor of strawberry and watermelon but I did like it.

I am not sure what I should feel. As i understand it. this Formula will allow the water I drink to get to my body cells before it goes to my kidneys and it is flushed out as urine. I can't tell. I'll keep drinking it to see if it makes some kind of difference. I'll give a 3 and keep drinking it. I can't recommend it...yet.
