I can feel the difference *
By Larry F. () - 8/9/2026
I started using Advanced Hydration Formula several weeks ago, and I have noticed a difference. If I use at least one packet with my lunch or dinner meal, then I won't have to get up as much during the night to go to the bathroom. So that's real progress in my opinion. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish it came in a lemonade, fruit punch, or mango flavor instead of the strawberry/watermelon flavor.

Good Hydration  *
By Amy S. (Rexford, NY) - 7/19/2026
The taste is very good and I felt more hydrated but I think I need more than a month to see some of the other benefits. I'm not sure if that is normal for someone who is 63.

Releaved *

I took your Advanced Hydration formula and my skin felt softer on my arms and face. I also had less trips to the bathroom at night. It is a little sweet for me so I divided the pack into 2 drinks and was better. I also wasn't sure of the flavor of strawberry and watermelon but I did like it.

I do not see how it is different from others I have used. The flavor is nice. It did not make any energy change compared to others. It is also more expensive.

It's a good product to help recover from exercise or working in the yard with the warm weather.
