I am a 73 year old female and have suffered from brain fog for 10 or more years. Nothing has really helped until I started taking Advanced Memory Formula (AMF) with Magnesium L-Threonate. When I took only 1 tablet/day, it did not help, so I returned the AMF. With the remainder of the AMF, I started taking the recommended dose of ! 2 tablets/ d and the recommended 3 tablets of Mg L-Threonate and I noticed a difference in my memory within a day or so. I was able to recall words in the middles of conversations. When they had their anniversary sale in April, I ordered 12 bottles of AMF! That's how much AMF and Mg L-Threonate has helped my memory. I currently take 2 tablets/ day of Advanced Memory Formula along with the recommended 3 capsules of Magnesium L-Threonate (2,010mg/ capsule). Two of the Mg capsules and 1 of the Adv. Memory tablet before breakfast and 1 of the Mg+ 1 of the Adv. Memory before the evening meal. If I miss taking the recommended dose, I feel the difference, so consistency is the key. I have taken this for about a year and will not go without.
My question to the founder is this: As research continues, will the formula be improved to include choline and/ or huperzine?
