Impact of advanced Memory Formula *

I have had a few days experience taking the memory improvement formula. Therefore I cannot make an absolutely sure claim about its efficacy. I am aware that it has had a positive impact on my sleep patterns reducing my waking events, allowing sounder sleep and an improvement in my short term memory. It is a reasonable projection that with a more sustained use my short term memory may improve more efficiently. On my limited experience I will score its efficacy at 3.5 stars

I am doing good on this product. I feel my brain is more calm, thinking is clear, recall is better. I love to bake so I'm always trying new recipes that are challenging, like sourdough breads. I'll definitely stay on this product for a while longer and see how it goes.

Seeing some improvement! *

I ordered Advanced Memory Formula because in the morning I can have some brain fog. I believe some of this can be traced a mild sleep apnea I have. I wear a cpap device but only for 4 hours a night. Normally I wake up to some spinning in the head or brain dullness. It has not been 30 days yet I can detect feeling more "with it" in the morning.
