I've been taking this on a regular basis for the past month and a half as directed. At this point I'm not sure whether it has improved my memory. I will continue to to take it and hopefully will notice a change.

I am completing my 3rd bottle of Advanced Memory Formula and do not notice any difference. In addition to taking AMF, I also drink coffee with all of the mushrooms to help improve energy, memory, etc.

I don’t think I benefited so I stopped taking them after 2 weeks. I have been eating more fruits and vegetables fresh and I think this is helping… along with being active in garden and walking 2-3 hours daily. I am almost 80 and live with my husband and cat!
