Perhaps others will have better fortune. But for me, there was no noticeable improvement. I was in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. I took the Advanced Memory Formula-but noted no meaningful difference.

My problem with the "pill" is its size, it is difficult for me to swallow. I have not noticed any improvement, but maybe I need to continue and take more. I'm sorry but at this point I cannot recommend it.

I thought they were capsules and I ordered. . more then 1 bottle opened it and they are pills so I have not taken them much 1 or 2x I like to open my capsules and pour into my smoothies .
