I have been using this now for over 12 months and I have noticed that I haven’t got a cold. It seems to fight off the bacteria for cold and flu which is a great thing and I used to suffer really bad with sinus as well which I haven’t had since I’ve been on this wonderful product Thank you thank you so much

I've been taking 2 a day and I believe my memory is worse. I forgot my phone number and so many words when trying to communicate. I'm going to try 3 a day and hope that helps I actually feel my memory is worse than it's ever been.
