I used the product for 6 months and was totally impressed with the clarity, less fog, total recall back and working. But I wanted to be sure so I stopped taking it for 30 days and all the symptoms returned. Brain fog lead the way. Could not remember names, dates and on and on. After I purchased this product and began using it my memory was sharpened, I was more focused and less forgetful about things. I then shared and purchased product for family members and they were also pleased. Yes, there are other products out there but I encourage anyone to give this a try.
