I'm currently 67 years old and I've been taking Advanced Memory Formula for about a year. After the first month I noticed that I could recall names quicker. Previously a name would come to me, but it might take an entire d. Now I can recall a new within an hour and sometimes within a few minutes! I would definitely recommend this supplement. Whatever can be done to at least stop the deterioration of the memory or maybe even improve it, is worth the investment.
