I am a 74 yr old male. Originally I purchased the 3 pack of Advanced Memory Formula. After about 3-4 weeks I noticed that I could remember numbers extremely better and I was more aware about my surroundings. My memory had improved regarding where I had laid items, in which room, but not exactly where I had laid the item. Now after 4 months of taking Advanced Memory Formula, most of the time I can remember exactly where I left an item. I no longer go from room to room looking for where I laid items down at. I continue to take the Advanced Memory Formula daily.
