I have only taken this supplement for about a month and feel like I'm just beginning to see some positive results. I know that this is not unusual and will give it a couple more months. I am 77 yrs old and am well aware that some memory loss often accompanies the aging process but I'm hoping to minimize that as much as possible as I am physically healthy and still have plenty of things on my bucket list to accomplish.

After I have taken it for a few months I notice overall improvement in body functions: reduced frequency on urge to urinate, sleep better, sharper mind.
