Only tested a month supply of the advanced bionutritionals, but I remember I felt much sharper in recall of top of the tongue words and my relearning of high school math formulas whilst using it. I have since ordered a 12 months supply and am waiting to see when it comes in the mail! Medium-high recommendation, will update after taking for extended period of time.
