I took Advanced Sleep Formula one night and was awake all night, which was worse than usual. I'm waiting until I'm under less stress to try again.

these pills are too large and hard to swallow. Esp. when you need to take three. did not dissolve well. I do not recommend this product.

This was not for me! I don´t know if I should take those pills a longer time, but after one week, I didn´t get any better sleep at all. Very tired in the morning thow. C
