Not sure if you are supposed to take 2 tablets once a day or 1 tablet twice a day usage not clear.I bought 6 months supply and been taking them for 6 weeks and so far no differance,will take them till i run out and hope for some improvement at the moment rated 2 stars

It did not seem to work for me, I even took some extra does at time but to no avail. Also the tablets are large and not real easy to swallow, and they seem hard, so don't they pass out of your system before they have a chance to work?

I have been taking this supplement now for about 3 weeks now and I have not experienced any difference or change in how I feel. I am going to take it for about 4 more weeks and see if that will make a difference. So right now I could not recommend this product.

Only had 30 day supply, might have been in my mind but I thought "maybe" I was experiencing some minor relief / improvement. Unfortunately our distance apart ~ currency exchange, I wasn't prepared to pay that much for a maybe helper! I can't in all honesty give a star rating or recommencdartion either way. The best I say I wish they were available in Australia "same as US price but in Aus. currency. William

These are tablets which we know will eventually make their way through your system and more likely exit without all of it being absorbed. I am not a fan of tablets, wish these were capsules, perhaps I might have seen a greater effect!
