I've been taking this product for almost two months now. I have to say WOW! This product does do what it says it does. I noticed an immediate improvement. I get up early in the morning to take my vitamins and go outside and get the newspaper. Then I go back to bed for an hour or so and I’m a little short winded when I lay back down or I was short winded before I started. This day I have noticed that my breathing is much better and I know the good thing is I have cut out taking naps in the middle of the afternoon. I’ve got more energy now and I’m glad I found this now.
