Aloha mai no - I am a 78 year old user of the above product. Too, I exercise regularly and have been for 60 years (weightlifting). I find that keeping my blood pressure in check is easier and that my workout results have improved. You cannot get any better than that at my age.

I feel like my circulation is better. I was starting to have issues from working from home for over a year and not moving much and was becoming so tired all the time. I have to say that after letting this good tasting tab melt in my tongue, within about 10 minutes I can feel the effects. I have more energy and feel very alert. I have a 3 month supply, but plan on continuing. I'm 1 month in now. I'm a believer.
