I tried to use it, but it does not agree with me, mostly get sudden spurts of diarrhea. I have had ringing in my ears for a long time, and this seemed like a possibility to clear it up. At first it seemed to quiet it down just a little. It is not fair to rate it, because it may work for someone else with a different chemical make-up.
