what I called "my cranky hip" is slowly becoming normal. after about 2 weeks of taking the supplement, I noticed I was able to tie my sneakers without so much pain. Encouraged, I continue taking supplement for about 2 months. I can easily tie my shoes and touch my toes. The pain in my cranky hip has gone from a 9-10 to a 3-4. I will continue !
