I found this to be effective at minimizing joint discomfort. However, it is not any better than the "old formulation" which was also very good AND less expensive. The pills are smaller so they're easier to swallow but one now has to take four each day, instead of two.
These pills get in your system quickly, so you don't have to wait long for relief. That's a big plus. If money is no object, I recommend giving them a try.
