I have only been taking this product for over a week now and I really feel a difference in my pain threshold. I had to take a whole bottle of the product to feel a little better. there is another product on the market that does the same thing and I saw improvement after only 10 days and I only had to take one capsule daily. however the cost was almost twice.

I am healing from a fall and have developed much swelling and pain in my hip, especially when the weather is changing. I take joint support twice a day and can say it really does help relieve pain. Of course all is better on a sunny day.

I have been using this for about 8 years, it saved me from knee replacement. I think however the original ingredients were better when I first started using it. They have changed but I don't know why. Still an effective product though and proves surgery is not the only solution,
