Because I take so many supplements I cannot be sure just where to credit any improvement. However, I do feel this product helps my problems. I am quite crippled, totally unable to stand on my feet although otherwise in pretty good health, 88 years old. But I don't dare to stop any of them and I feel that they help with pain control even if I can't walk.
