Helped my right knee with a small meniscus tear. Able to walk and bicycle and stopped all marathon running which caused the injury. Take supplement twice a day and no pain anymore. Able to hike, walk and bicycling. Works for me, taking it for about 3 years. Highly recommend for joint problems.

I have been taking these for over 20 years, when their used to be three tabs per day. Without them after a week or so I get knee pain when walking over 20 minutes or playing tennis. With them both are no problem, the reason I know this is they were forgotten once on vacation. I have recommended them to many friends and they work for about 75% of the people. The ones that they did not work for got their money back.

I had my knee miniscus trimmed several Years ago. When knee started hurting again, I tried advanced joint support and I don’t think I will need surgery again. I would and have recommended this supplement to others for taking care of their joints.

After starting Advanced Joint Support, I found that one in the morning and one at night alleviated most of the pain. When I would miss a dose, the pain would creep back, so I make sure I take it consistently and am very comfortable.
