Best form of vitamin e  *

I am on my first bottle of their version of vitamin e, I know it is great for the skin and if you have high cholesterol. I'm going to take it for 2 more months and then retake my blood work and see how it has improved. After the extra 2 months of taking vitamin e, I will update my review.

After taking Delta Tocotrienols for several weeks, I had blood work done. My Dr. asked what I was taking and I told her about tocotrienols. Needless to say, she approved and said to keep taking them.

I have looked into how vitamin E works in the human body and the best supplements to find and use. It is very surprising to find out about all the fillers and ingredients, that are not so good, put into certain vitamins and supplements. Delta -Tocotrienols are one of the few forms of vitamin E that has very good and beneficial ingredients in each pill.

My recent blood test shows that my Lipid profile substantially improved. LDL cholesterol and triglyceirides were reduced, HDL cholesterol was increased. Besided, I got more energy. I believe such improvement became possible due to my consumption of mentioned above supplement.
