My husband was using them but they were getting so expensive and it didn't seem to make a big difference in his blood work so he decided to stop because of the expense. If his blood at next year's annual exam get worse, he may decide to start again.

I HAVE NOT NOTICED ANYTHING YET. NO IMPROVEMENT DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY AS I HAVE HAED NO RESULTS AND THE GELS WERE ALL STUCK TOGETHER IN THE BOTTLE FR4OM THE WAY THEY WERE SHIPPED. I HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME SEPARATING THEM
