Actually, I've been taking Healthy Resolve for about six years or so. Recently, however, I bought another brand. My body with this new brand was getting maybe 1/3 of the V/M in Healthy Resolve. I noticed I was tired and run down. Back to Healthy Resolve -- helps to keep me going strong.
