They seem to be good for my body as it ages it needs all the help it can get, so i find advanced bionutritionals the best..... out of all the newest finding supplements from many companies i have tried, and that's a lot,/ having studied nutrition at nature care college I believe in the supplementing along with good nutrition that suits yr. type of physical stature ps no idea technology so no video. i am 77yrs old missed out on tech.. richard
