I was going through rough time with my stomach for a while. I tried all sort of products that used to work before but not now until I received this product. At first one cap. twice a day was not enough. It just helped a little until I read on their web site that you can take two capsules twice daily. As soon as i did that my stomach settled down but later I will be taking one cap. twice daily hopefully since the product is quite expensive with our Canadian dollar exchange rate and also paying the custom. I wish it was less expensive.

I have used another digestive enzyme for years before I found this. The problem was I had to take 6 or 8 of them for gas and indigestion to disappear. Now 1 or 2 of this supplement works every time. I know it supplies the enzymes my body needs to do the job.
