I have found this digestive formula to be very helpful, although it doesn't solve everything. I think maybe because of past candida and my gluten intolerance, I haven't been totally helped. It does more than the other enzyme formulas. I will continue to use this product.

It helps a lot in digestion but still, It doesn't help with bloating. In fact, I have been trying to solve the bloating problem for 35 yrs, spending more than 20k with gastroenterologists without success.

Bought this for my parntner who basically doesn't digest anything apart from sugars and carbohydrates...?????? I gave him one before dinner.... roast and vegetables and he was fine. A miracle. I also take it before dinner if I know I'm going to eat not such healthy stuff... do try....
