My main problem is having diarrhea for 4 mos. Had stool tested, blood test and all comes back negative. This supplement has helped, but diarrhea has not stopped. No solid movement. Frustrating.

I was experiencing occasional indigestion and heartburn. I started taking the Integrative Digestive Formula before meals each time I ate and my symptoms gradually started to decrease. I now do not have to take the formula every time I eat and if I get any heartburn it is only slightly at night and a glass of water takes it away.
