I've almost finished the first month and am extremely disappointed. No results whatsoever. I'm trying to decide whether to order one more bottle. Is one month enough for a fair trial? Would I be throwing good money after bad? I just don't know.

I have not been taking Integrative Digestive Formula long enough to see a change in my condition. I will still give it a chance but have become very skeptical of all the health products outside medical prescription despite the fact that I mistrust any prescription.

Unfortunately this did nothing to eleviate my constipation or help in any way, which was a real dissapointment for me, even doubling the dose to see if that would help.

I started to take the Integrative Digestive Formula a few years ago. I was having some digestive issues at the time. Once I got the product, I took it to an applied kinesiology practitioner. She muscle tested me, the product tested very well for me. So I started to take it regularly. I also changed my diet at around that time, Still, my digestive issues got resolved. And I keep taking the product.
