I was unable to digest beef before I started taking the digestive supplement. Now I have no problem digesting any thing.

I have been taking this product for past 3 yrs. and find it to solve my digestive problems I was having so I have re ordered it several times and will continue, Days I do not take, I have digestive problems so it has really helped my situation

I have tried various forms of digestive enzymes - some have minimal results, some require taking 2 or more capsules - I still did not feel my food was properly digested. I take one capsule of IDF daily 30 minutes before breakfast. This allows me to have at least one stool every day and oftentimes more than one stool. I always make sure I have an adequate supply of IDF on hand. For me, one capsule daily is all it takes.

This review is for Integrative Digestive Formula. I have had an onging digestive problem for several years. I've been to the doctor, used acid reducers, probiotics, digestive enzymes, antacids, etc. I even changed my diet. Still having problems with my stomach rumbling loudly in the evenings EVERY day.
