After getting a blood test of 6.1 on my A1C test I decided to start taking Metabolic Defense. I just took a test and my results were much better as I received a result of 5.7.

This Combination of Ingredients Does What It Claims *

over the years have tried many formulations which all claim to perform miraculously, but don't. Janet Zand's Metabolic Defense is the only product that has lowered my morning blood sugar readings and has consistently done so over an extended time period. I still watch what I eat, but even when I splurge a little such as at holiday time my readings have been very reasonable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has had problems controlling their blood sugar and A1C.

this helps quite a bit been taking this for 5 years and i must say works well keeps my a1c in check readings are always low , the biggest change is circulation in my legs a feet this takes a lot of numbness out of my feet & toes what a differance it makes. And also keeps my head in a good place seems to help keep me motivated. i stopped for a while cause i ran out of funds i wish my plan would cover this and i noticed i wasn't as well when i was able to get more i am back on track!!
