This is a supplement that the longer you take it, the better you feel. I am a RN Case Manager for Hospice patients that want to be at home. My job is very important to me and my family. I love what I do, but it takes Lots of energy and stamina to keep up with the everyday requirements and I can honestly say this has made a difference for me.
