I make a smoothie every day for my husband,myself and my 88 year old neighbor. He first noticed mucus coming out of his eyes then next day it cleared up and he said he has more "pep in his step". Myself and my husband notice that we were able to get over a cold in a day.

What is so great about this product is that it tastes good and is so easy to take. My wife and I are strict lacto vegetarian and take a whole bunch of supplements..
