It makes me more alert during the day- I feel healthier gives me more energy, but not a rush, just a smooth long lasting energy It gives me more restful sleep but............the taste is not all that great, but the positives far outweigh the negatives I"m not sure as to the 'immune' benefits because have only been taking it a week.

Comes in a largish container and will last for long time if one uses half a scoop at a time, with a good diet. Contains all the daily vitamins and minerals one needs and is tasty

We have been using this product for a number of years about 3 times a week. Overall we are fit and healthy. My wife and I are active in the University of the Third Age and do gardening and similar things at home

My pee becomes yellow, so there must be some B vitamins in it. With the name "QuickStart",I was looking for a coffee effect, but I don't get that. But, I have weak adrenals, and Dr. Shallenberger designed and recommends it for that. Since I respect him as a doctor, I will probably buy another.

Initially I found my taste buds required some time to adjust to the flavour. I found that my body response was very favourable with increased energy while making allowance for a slight flushing in the face which you did highlight this in your directions.

The good is that I could tell the difference in the way I felt and it helped to curve my appetite , The bad is the taste and it’s hard to get it to mix, I would mix half in a cup of coffee and I usually have Two cups of coffee in the morning so that I could get the full amount

I was excited to try the product but I noticed it has added iron. I have high iron so I canÆt use the product. I donÆt think iron should be added, not many older people need iron, and if so they can add it. I was disappointed.
