Vitamin D3 - I wish everyone knew about it! *

Just per chance I tried Advanced Bionutritionals Vitamin D3. I am an OR Nurse of many years. After just a week, I couldn't believe the well being I felt. My partner and I have been taking 10,000 iu daily for a few years now & actually feel much better with NO negative effects whatsoever. A small number of my friends have also been on Vitamin D3 for a while now.

Much needed in the winter *

It is hard enough to get sufficient D3 in the summertime but nearly impossible in the winter. This formula from Advanced is ideal for me since it also contains calcium.

I believe in strongly vitamin D3, I really can't tell if it is literally doing me any great good right now but my hope is that it will keep me in good stead as I grow more 'mature' I am a young 53 next month Thank you kaye :-)

Have only been taking this particular brand for a little over a month. I have been taking D3 for several years. I notice no difference as yet with this particular ulat brand over other brands. My D levels are maintained with both.

First, I did not paid attestation this vitamin comes in tablets, not in soft jells version. I would never buy in tablets. Second, it has a calcium. Some people don't need this supplement. No information about this .
