on a vacation a friend was "coming down with something." She took the recommended 3 lozengers a day and that, along with some Chinese herbs, had her feeling well in a day, increasingly better in 2+ days. I have them on hand now for myself. I took them myself the same way for 2 days in case she was contagious. Only thing: Directions say dissolve for 20 mins in mouth and don't chew -- We found that impossible. They dissolve in 5. Otherwise great product.

I have purchased these Zinc Lozenges twice now. After using them as prescribed the first time, and having them work, I was sold! My husband recently caught something after traveling. He chose to take an over the counter infusion of vitamin treatment. I, on the other hand, immediately began taking the Advanced Zinc Lozenges as prescribed and even though he had it for 10 days, I felt very minor signs. It is truly amazing how well these work but the key is to take them as prescribed, even though you may get tired of taking as often as you need to. For a zinc lozenge, the taste is not bad at all either.

Whenever I feel like I am coming down with something, I start taking taking advanced zinc lozenges. I take 1 lozenge every 2 hours. After 3 or 4 doses, the symptoms go away. I would not be without this supplement.
