Just started using it. I had been using zinc in another supplement daily. The instructions on the bottle say at the beginning of any signs of a cold. I have been happy not to have had an issue this winter yet, Thank God!! I did try one as directed and it tastes okay!! Maybe I will start to take one each day. I'm not sure how much Zinc should be in a supplement daily.

I used it a couple of days but I wasn't able to use it. I have a very dry mouth and every time I use it my tongue became very irritated. I return the product.

Pills to big and not coated. They are very hard to swallow. I choked on the first one. I would send them back but it's not worth paying the postage.
