I keep this zinc in case of an emergency. Recently I decided to take a zinc tablet as I had never taken one before. I think this zinc would help anyone wanting to protect themselves. Everyone should consider buying this product.

I take the Zinc only when I feel I might be coming down with something. One lozenge usually takes care of it. Glad I have them on hand. However, pls ask me again about your Amino Acids product. So sorry I missed opportunity to say how much they have helped me after much trial and error
